To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工OT完自己一個人走左去呢間豚丼試下，叫左個和牛壽喜燒set，一份天婦羅，加一杯啤酒。啤酒好夠凍，飲落去果下好似一天的辛勞都消失。和牛壽喜燒set，配菜都夠多，美中不足的係和牛得兩片，好似要慳住食咁....但蝦刺身夠新鮮夠鮮甜，湯唔太咸, 整體都不錯。天婦羅略為油左D，可能索油索得唔夠澈底, 所以有D油膩感。不過用黎送啤酒都係一個不錯的選擇。可能時間都比較夜，所以人流不太多，服務都尚算不錯。
