To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚飯時間,兩個人飢腸轆轆,叫左:香茅雞扒配糯米飯 ($98):一上枱面,覺得糯米飯嘅份量有點少…但味道一流~香茅入味、雞扒煎得好香,糯米飯甜甜地,口感煙UN;咖哩雞扒配蒜蓉包 ($128):一上枱面,同樣覺得蒜蓉包份量有點少…得兩小塊..、焊得夠脆,但蒜蓉味唔夠香,咖哩雞扒相對上出色,雞扒口感唔算好嫩滑,不過咖哩味算濃郁,少少辣口;香茅豬扒粉 ($62):香茅豬扒同香茅雞扒差不多啦,一樣入味,而豬扒比較嫩,粉面口感岩岩好,唔會煮到淋哂;椰汁三色冰 ($28)、椰汁紅豆冰 ($28):味道正常,紅豆冰略甜。

椰汁三色冰 ($28)、椰汁紅豆冰 ($28):味道正常,紅豆冰略甜。
