To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 滄海遺珠!原來有幾次的飲食經歷未同大家分享,便從甘味開始吧!在年頭1月左右,記得同朋友剛好在銅鑼灣辦完事,見大家都肚餓了,便在皇室堡覓食,見很多食店門外很多人等位,我們只想醫肚,發現甘味有位,便決定入內食飯了!其實,雖然有位,但也差不多坐無虛席了!看見餐牌,價錢在銅鑼灣來說算是可以接受。朋友病剛好,於是叫了個鰻魚柳川讚岐烏龍$72;我叫了麵豉燒雞扒蕃茄湯讚岐烏冬$62(兩個都是不包飲品,但有茶供應)。先是朋友的鰻魚柳川讚岐烏龍端來,大家滿以為$72鰻魚烏冬,應該是分開另上,但原來只得數片很薄的鰻魚在烏冬上?!朋友請了一片給我吃,口感只屬一般,心裡很為朋友不值!但到我的麵豉燒雞扒番茄湯讚岐烏冬上桌,只是相差$10,但我的雞扒是一碟另上,而且蕃茄烏冬也很大碗,味道和口感很正宗,不算差呀!但始終朋友的鰻魚烏冬為何又少?口感又差?還要比我的貴呢?真的耐人尋味?
