To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

復活節假期，出街難免遇上很多很多親子遊，一家大細出門開飯自然想要平靚正我們未坐下來便「被通知」用餐時間只有1.5小時，好，那坐下來就快點餐吧；我們點了一客滑蛋豬扒、一客滑蛋雞、一客三文油甘魚丼、玉子卷等個滑蛋雞賣相還可以，雞肉幾滑招牌吉列滑蛋豬，明顯賣相靚，但要趁熱食，凍咗唔得，肉好硬跟了個野菜set，幾抵食呢個三文魚油甘魚丼，削咗啲，CP值低，無下次呢客玉子卷係難食，去過唔同地方食，呢客食半嚿已停手，其實好大機會係叫現成貨，如果係即做會好味啲
