To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過聞到好香炆牛腩味，看見門口餐牌食物價錢唔貴，即入去試試。份量也好大碗，先吃白蘿蔔薄片，好甜好味又冇渣。 跟著再吃牛腩，牛腩份量也多不過偏瘦。 如果對健康人仕來說，應該會喜歡。 但對於我喜歡吃牛腩偏肥，這些就有點瘦，嘴饞不到由牛腩中流出肉汁及油。 好在湯底也不錯，帶清湯牛腩味，米粉吸收了湯底，淨吃它也覺不錯。枱上有一樽辣菜腩，味道甜甜辣辣，味道不算特別。 不過就每粒也切得好幼細，而且見到佢地正在門口位拌勻中，多一份自家製味道感覺。
