To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早排去咗海港酒樓食飯,為友人送行,叫咗啲小菜同埋蒸蟹。啲小菜好豐富,有涼拌海蜇、椒鹽魷魚、魚柳等等,個個都好正好好食。不過,我覺得啲小菜嘅份量有啲細,要叫多啲先飽肚。至於蒸蟹,啲肉好鮮甜,味道好香,蟹膏又夠濃郁,真係好正!價錢就一般啦,一隻蒸蟹千幾蚊,少貴。餐廳嘅環境好舒服,好有氣氛,啲服務員都好有禮貌,好細心。不過,服務有啲慢,要等好耐先有人幫你處理。整體上,我覺得海港酒樓嘅食物質素算係唔錯,不過價錢就唔平啦。總括黎講,我好鍾意今晚嘅用餐體驗,啲小菜同埋蒸蟹都好好食,環境同服務都好舒適。下次可能會再食嘅
