To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛涮鍋已經唔係第一次食😆,但仍然都係咁吸引,店員服務同上次一樣都好好👍🏻。今次同阿妹👧🏻一齊食美國上級牛胸腹放題🐮($163),叫咗個鴛鴦鍋,分別係櫻花蝦沙嗲湯底🦐同甜醬油湯底。沙嗲湯底充滿櫻花蝦,雖然沙嗲味好香濃,但係食到最後其實有少少膩。相反甜醬油湯甜甜地,煮完食物之後都唔使沾醬👍🏻。-今次自助吧出邊嘅雪糕係皇室伯爵紅茶同牛乳雪糕,其中伯爵紅茶味好出🤤,真係會食得出有茶味☕️,而且係香濃👍🏻!好有驚喜🤩!大家去到食,如果見到,一定要試吓!超推💛!
