To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午同同事去咗間東南亞餐廳食午餐。因為二點，正好下午茶時段，價錢比較平宜而且可以揀下午茶餐輕食。叫咗知新加坡炒貴刁 $58蚊。隨餐附送一杯熱檸檬薏米水。貴刁份量好大碟。炒得好有鑊氣，而配上豆芽丶雞蛋🥚。雞蛋同個醬油好夾，啲雞蛋入晒啲醬油味。而薏米水有好大塊檸檬🍋，薏米都算多。淡淡清清嘅味噌，喺食咗油膩嘅貴刁後飲，真係好夾，清走油膩味之後，仲可以保暖。
