Restaurant: 生記滷味

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不錯的潮式滷味

滷味可能平時茶樓晚飯或我們家中晚飯斬料都會吃到，普不是甚麼稀奇菜式，但生記滷味不單是一間潮州滷味店，而且還是潮州商會指定的滷水供應商，難得來到紅磡尋食，雖然紅磡的生記只是分店，但也值得我們拜會。星期六的下午五點來到，可能滷水店始終做外賣生意多，店內雖可容納約二十人，但食客不多，我們甫進店內就自己找個位子坐。在點菜前，伙計送來每人一碗老火湯，忘記了是甚麼湯了，但大大一碗，如果喝光，已經滿肚水，飽了一半，所以最後我們都沒能喝光。由於我們之後還會吃晚飯，所以我們就只點了滷水拼盤和滷水鴨大家分吃，滷水拼盤($80)內有紅腸、滷水蛋、豬耳、鵝腸......，單看顏色已見到全部是均勻的滷水啡黃色，滷味吸滿滷水汁，即使不用再蘸白醋味道已不錯。滷水鴨($80)滷水鴨同樣吸滿滷水汁，鴨肉肥廋適中，肉質不會過韌過鞋，確是不錯。
