Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 肥瘦各半,肉質軟,加上外層蜜汁及少量焦,入口非常香,不愧是招牌菜!
我媽說是她吃過最好的叉燒,但我覺得這裡每塊叉燒都略厚及大,個人覺得文華廳的叉燒更讓我一試難忘。

這是以鐵板上桌,一上桌就非常香,侍應會幫忙把雞肉拌一拌,免得黏住了鐵板。不過也因為鐵板,所以我覺得部份雞肉煎得過焦,肉質不夠滑。味道方面,沒嚐到陳皮味,但會吃到些沙姜粒,沒想像中驚艶。

電話訂座後,職員主動將菜單傳送給我,因為母親節客人比較多,所以叫我先預留菜式及付五百元訂金,全程態度友善。


用餐當日侍應有與我再確認預定了的菜式
因為當晚人較多,所以侍應有點忙不過來,但可以體諒。因為是母親節,餐廳還貼心為每桌的媽媽送上一枝花

人均消費一千多,但我個人覺得同屬米芝蓮一星文華廳的食物、餐廳景色及服務都更好。
