To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

崩沙腩麵雙拼牛筋（62元+20元）+凍檸茶少甜（8元）•崩沙腩：應該是食過最平衡的崩沙腩了，油脂感豐富，有牛味。但仍有少少老，可能剛開鋪來會較好。•蘿蔔：味道不錯，沒有苦味，有湯底清甜味。•牛筋：十分煙韌，很多食，而且份量不會太少。•幼麵：爽彈，仍有少少鹼水味，但已不錯。加腩汁和辣椒油一起食更好。•凍檸茶少甜：茶味比較淡，也不會太不好飲，但不是港式檸茶的感覺。•然而，環境及衛生有點欠佳，因為牆身不太乾淨，而且有蒼蠅，有點髒。
