第一次聽有衝浪蛤呢種蛤,廚師用白葡萄酒醬汁和大蒜、小蔥和意大利野茴香花粉簡單烹製而成。為清甜嘅蛤錦上添花,又清甜又有好香嘅香料味,吃完啲蛤仲可以用麵包擦掉醬汁,簡直一百分。
