To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 情人節想帶小朋友去海邊吃午飯，大家討論一輪去哪裏，最後決定去西九一趟。

我們上一次去西九已經是幾年前，當時西九還是半個地盤。要多謝open rice其他願意分享的人，讓我們很容易便找到往餐廳的路徑。

由九龍站出口一出便見大夥家庭拿着餐墊向同一方向行，我哋只需要跟着其他人，好快見到有個小巴站，原來今日有綠色小巴，對於我們唔想曬住行嘅朋友比$4就可以去到，當然就係搭小巴啦。

落車之後向海邊行大概2分鐘左轉就見到餐廳。我哋搵到餐廳之後，見到門兩旁有兩條排隊，大門左邊係排隊等堂食嘅，大門右邊係排隊買外賣嘅。間餐廳好細間，大概得20個座位左右，服務員得兩位，所以唔好預期有酒店大餐廳嘅服務。服務員叫我哋先排隊，跟住好忙，理唔到我哋，咁又係嘅，唔通要好似海底撈咁樣仲幫你修甲咩。我哋前面有一對情侶，我地大概等咗15分鐘，服務員同我哋講有人賣單，因為二人限聚令，每張枱都有一塊膠板隔開。

服務員見到我哋有一紮鮮花，怕我哋食嘢唔方便，佢話let me help you put this flower aside first so that you can enjoy your meal. 外表冷傲嘅侍應，原來係非常溫柔嘅。

我哋點左兩個Pizza，一個四重芝士pizza，一個辣肉腸pizza，一個肉醬意粉，雞翼，沙律，薯條。我哋問女侍應可唔可以加芝士係薯條上邊，佢答: definitely.

Pizza 係落單之後立即整嘅，係我哋最鍾意嘅脆皮薄批，其實我哋喺屋企都好鍾意整薄批pizza。佢個四重芝士pizza好濃味，小朋友話食到提魚及olive味，要趁熱食先好。

對住個全世界排名第三嘅維港景緻食午餐係一種享受，仲要呢個世界第三嘅景係免費嘅。今日有太陽大概23度，微風吹爽，非常適合坐露天吃飯欣賞美景。小朋友話好想下次再嚟。
