To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一間系香港都好耐歷史相當老字號既中菜館一入去,由招牌,木門,牆壁,同枱櫈都好古色古香好有中國味道而最特別系佢會有啲枱中間有養金魚望住食飯,好鬼過引依到系一間好適合聚會傾計既地方一開波就叫左啲酒,飲到忘左型同兩個前菜送下酒-京城豬皮凍,彈牙又好滑-爽口小木耳,啲醬汁幾清爽之後就開始主題熱食-香辣雞丁,炒得好香,唔算好辣-京燒羊肉,外層脆,內層有咬口,又有啲滑滑既油脂跟住系賣飛佛既-小籠包,雖然皮唔算好薄,但好好咁包住啲湯汁同肉餡最後就系主菜-北京填鴨,皮好脆,肉量多半只都份量幾多,要叫多set鴨餅

相當老字號既中菜館

好有中國味道

依到系一間好適合聚會傾計既地方
一開波就叫左啲酒,飲到忘左型
同兩個前菜送下酒
-京城豬皮凍,彈牙又好滑
-爽口小木耳,啲醬汁幾清爽

之後就開始主題熱食
-香辣雞丁,炒得好香,唔算好辣

-京燒羊肉,外層脆,內層有咬口,
又有啲滑滑既油脂

跟住系賣飛佛既
-小籠包,雖然皮唔算好薄,
但好好咁包住啲湯汁同肉餡

最後就系主菜
-北京填鴨,皮好脆,肉量多
半只都份量幾多,要叫多set鴨餅
