近大時大節真係唔好去試新食肆!中大.......伏!😱我地興高采烈先到「九號水產」海鮮檔揀咗條紅瓜子(差不多兩斤重)及八條聖子俾「海福樓」代煮!誰知呢餐飯食到不知所謂!成晚先係有餸冇飯...繼而有飯冇餸!😡8點開始上菜每隔10-15分鐘才上一道菜、由8:30開始追問條魚幾時可以上?得到不同既回應係「馬上」、甚至係教育式的「蒸魚嘛!梗係耐啦」!最後拖到九點鐘魚才上枱!生生猛猛嘅魚上到枱竟然係陣陣腥味、條魚甩頭甩骨!呢個廚房蒸房功力連我依個師奶都不如!更懷疑條魚有被偷龍轉鳯!😳最後經理主動減茶錢送月餅!但都無補於事!不會有回頭!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😳是晚菜式-叉燒、金鈎銀絲椰菜、京蔥海參豚肉煲還算不錯!三杯雞醬汁太甜、椒絲腐乳通菜腐乳味不夠!最可惜條魚、除咗甩頭甩骨、蒸魚豉油毫無鮮味、諗唔到蔥絲竟然係生既、可能被我哋催得太犀利!應該係油未滾!無言!😳😳😳
