To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次去丼丼屋都一肚氣，限時用餐，明白嘅……想做多D生意，明白嘅……我體諒你，你都要明白你們餐廳流程至得㗎……限時75分鐘已經比正常時間少，多數都有90分鐘，餐廳人手少，客人要等落單，等食物到係咪唔使時間？係咪唔使等候時間？係咪唔計時間？又唔係！等件炸豬扒起碼20分鐘，極速諗完，再落單已經最快10分鐘，咁樣巳經半個鐘，每次好似要倒落個肚咁，唔係用餐有次隔離枱係大2大2小，2小都係幼稚園，等佢哋個兒童餐等到大人食完都未到，夠鐘就叫人走，完全無體諒個客人需要，亦無檢討係餐廳問題，個爸爸話以後都不會再來對……我也是以後都不會再來，食餐飯要趕成咁
