To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好久沒有入去元朗好好吃個晚餐,一場入到去就打算試一下新菜式,聽聞呢間店好評很多,路過就入去試一下。。。誰不知 。。。我們2人點了串燒丼飯。。。一見到個樣已經心知不妙~串燒雞皮 一食就知係炸的 炸到超乾脆到有點硬~串燒雞亦 個樣已經唔似燒,咬第一啖,完全無味,而且肉非常鞋,似煮熟咗再燒一下,其實都唔知有無燒過,剛星期一去放題食的串燒仲好食過佢。~燒牛舌 好彩肉質淋,有味的,但都係無燒過既感覺,濕濕的。。。3文魚海膽丼飯 ~ 海膽是苦的,3文魚亦唔算係新鮮,米唔覺得似珍珠米,唔似正常日本飯既感覺。講真呢個價錢都無要求,但是老實講,啲串燒,扮下野用火槍燒兩下都好呀,你啲野唔燒咪唔好賣串燒,都幾影響餐廳形象架。總結,你無咩要求,想食平既刺身飯,還是一個選擇。海膽忘記影已經食咗牛舌都無燒過痕跡刺身有小小瘀色呢碟野係最差的,一黎已經灰咗,食咗一啖真是唔想食落去
