Restaurant: HONG KONG DAY

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午到金鐘香港公園行吓,行完就係金鐘廊附近搵到間香港地,熱辣辣又唔想食飯,叫左個常餐,沙嗲牛肉麵跟多士炒蛋腸仔加埋杯凍奶茶。沙嗲牛肉麵分量足,麵軟硬適中唔會太淋,我最怕煮到太淋既公仔麵,牛肉味道就係一般茶餐廳果隻。炒滑蛋夠嫩,不過我見到通常啲餐廳都係煎好蛋再淋返啲蛋汁上上面,火腿腸仔係常見buffet 果隻。至於凍奶茶 夠就夠大杯,但冇咩茶味。整體來說,餐廳內座位夠多,唔會感覺坐到好迫,另外夠乾淨!!
