To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大館內幾間食肆，都以西式或酒吧最受歡迎有人甚至不知道有間中餐廳。趁dinning week，訂了Chinese library 來慶生。既在百年古蹟內，裝修典雅大方，佈置精緻。可惜窗邊位置配了高背椅，而椅子是向食肆內，露台給旁邊的酒吧用，看不見晚上大館的景色。食物精緻，當然份量就好的骰，三款湯以蟹肉冬茸羹最好，香酥牛肋香口得來有牛味，蝦球1隻都算爽口，蒽椒紫淮山面蒽香濃郁，上枱時捲得象蘿蔔絲酥，拆開來只有一著。甜品石榴冰粉絕對有驚喜。其他食物一般的不說了。慇懃服務絕對是加分，介紹菜色，一段時間來模模茶壼夠不夠熱，用不用加水，去洗手間時見我腳有不適而燈光較暗，替我帶路拉門。上甜品時送上服務員簽名的生日咭，主動替我們拍照，還替我們印出來，結賬離開時再說再見與生日快樂。都是好窩心的。全晚都好滿意，只是不明為何中式食肆是播放一些比較節奏強勁的英文歌，所以說話要大聲点。
