襯住Restaurant week,我地就嚟到Daap試下set lunch ☺️地方都算容易搵,喺中環街市附近,去到就可以準時入座。頭盤我就叫咗烤栗子湯配羊肚菌,好Creamy好滑,最緊要夠熱👍🏻擺盤亦都好靚。主菜我就要咗臘腸卡邦尼意粉,係我最鍾意嘅粗身嘅手工意粉,好掛汁又彈牙🤤呢個配搭真係未食過,幾夾之餘仲幾好食。最後甜品梗係要食Mini pineapple bun with 伯爵茶雪糕夾心😍外熱內冰,雙重口感,嘆埋杯lemon ginger tea 就圓滿了。餐廳係one man open kitchen,所以唔可以expect快,不過見到廚師其實都好快手👍🏻step by step好有條理又乾淨😄下次會再嚟試吓Sunday brunch。
