To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真心講，我未去過法國，我唔知所謂既正宗法國菜係點，只知我叫左6個菜，但我只係食左1.5個鐘就賣單閃人~2個人，openrice 訂枱有75折，人均HKD$4006個菜，紅酒白酒係買一送一，叫左一杯都只係$79，人均400，所以我只可當佢係快食既西餐焦糖鴨干鴨干配法包  HKD$168鴨干一啲都唔腥，法包加一大舊鴨干再加小小醬，好正，唔會over 但多士可以多幾塊就更佳囉~火腿提子沙律 HKD$148係冇咩驚喜既沙律，屋企自己整都得，法國菜係咁嫁咩? 日本鮮帶子檸檬汁初榨橄欖油意粉 HKD$188個人覺得帶子一般仲有小小over cook, 食到最底好多汁，代表咩?  唔掛汁未好似健康小小，冇咁肥囉~~~鴨腿 肉腸 巴馬火腿煲仔飯 HKD$208最驚喜係有飯焦，又冇咩味，飯係煮足，飽肚，但我真心講，個人覺得好一般般酥皮蘋果批配雲呢拿雪糕 上枱幾靚仔，係好靚，但未到驚喜我唔知有幾多打手/餐廳比錢谷人氣，但我食過一次就算，都唔會介紹比朋友。
