12月頭朋友帶咗我嚟呢間好有氣氛嘅餐廳慶生🤎 雖然餐廳係主打Vermouth，但我哋冇飲酒🤣前菜 Pollard Beef Tartare ($158) 入口軟嫩，酸豆更能襯托岀牛肉既鮮味。Puglia Burrata ($138)一切開已經feel到 burrata內裏非常軟滑，食落creamy，略嫌番茄有啲太生太硬🙈🍽️主菜方面嘅B&G Gnocchi ($168)就較為濃味，gnocchi質地亦冇想像中煙韌。相反地另一道Sagabuta Pork Loin ($328)整體比較清淡，一定要點醬食， 豬肉亦有少少乾🤧成餐飯最驚艷係佢地既甜品！Signature Vanilla Cheesecake ($118)味道濃郁，cheesecake 質地好creamy，入口即化🤤Manjari Chocolate Tart ($88)又係好濃朱古力味，好正🍫整體嚟講餐廳環境都幾舒服，較為casual。食物方面我個人更鍾意前菜同甜品，主菜就較為普通～
