Introduction
Inspired by the charming little bars and roadside bodegas found along the cycling routes of Spain, Italy and France, Bianco & Rosso pays homage to the origins of Vermouth. Derived from the Italian word “Bianco” meaning white, is a reflection of Vermouth Bianco which is dry, light and floral. “Rosso” red Vermouth’s profile is slightly sweeter, scarlet-hued, and complex, with a hint of bitterness coming from wormwood.

I’ve been here for a few times but it’s my first time trying their weekend brunch. If you come for food only, it’s $298/person for 6 starters and 1 main course. Of course, I opted for the free-flow option at $528/person and I had my first try on vermouth, which was delicious.The starters came as a shared platter and included mushroom soup, smoked salmon, Puglia burrata, 21-day dry-aged beef tartare, croissant and sourdough with PDO French butter and scallop carpaccio. Out of all these, I liked their soup most as it was rich and intense in flavour. Others were good but not particularly surprising..Mains were all impressive. 🥂Truffle Risotto With seasonal mushroom and parmesan, it was very flavourful and the risotto had a nice texture and not too firm, which I liked.🥂Black Angus Beef Striploin +$40Paired with mashed potato, raspberry veal jus and seasonal vegetables, the beef was very juicy and the chef brought out the best flavours in it.🥂Whole Three Yellow Chicken (1.6kg for 2 people) +$498It’s the best chicken I’ve ever had and is definitely worth the price and wait. Everything was just right and the chicken itself was impressive enough even without the vermouth chicken sauce.🥂Chocolate Lava Cake +$78We added this as a Father’s day dessert..Overall the mains were all delicious and I would definitely come back for their chicken..Overall rating: 8/10

I liked the glass wall that let you see the trees by your side, which contributed quite a bit to the relaxing atmosphere.The waiter told us that a number of items weren’t available on their lunch menu, as they’re in the middle of changing their menu.Fresh breadOnly 1 of the 3 items was available, which was the Brioche, that came with French orange jam. The Brioche was warm and looked like it’s just come out from the oven. We loved the French orange jam. That was so good.AppetizerWe chose the Perfect Egg and the Puglia Burrata.The Perfect Egg was an onsen egg that came with pumpkin and ham melon puree, with carrot chips on top. The Puglia Burrata came with tomato salad, balsamic vinegar and croutons. While they’re both yummy, the texture of the 2 dishes looked similar 😜 I should have ordered something else for one of the dishes. MainThe home-made truffle ravioli and the Italian meatball tagliatelle weren’t available, as the last one has been sold a minute ago. We had the grilled salmon with citrus sabayon and a grilled Aus pork loin in caramel mustard sauce. Both were very good. They made the grilled salmon medium rare, which was the way I liked it to be. The grilled Aus pork loin was surprisingly tender and not fatty, and it went very well with the caramel mustard sauce. Love that!DessertWe had ordered a lemon cake (their dessert of the day) to share. It’s nice, with a tint of lemon and not sour at all.

找了好久,終於找到這家在上環的餐廳主要的是吃意大利菜和法國菜看重他這個法式風格的裝修也很喜歡這種白色配紅色的配搭食物方面非常豐富多選擇,而且價錢也很合理味道非常好 而且擺盤也很漂亮極度推薦他這個心太軟 真的很好吃因為我們人數比較多所以剛好成功預約到餐廳的房間位置餐廳老闆也很歡迎我們來慶祝唯獨晚上太多人,有點嘈吵😝 不過當中最嘈吵的應該是我們11個女生另外餐廳其他位置也很有情調我最喜歡的是酒吧位置和近窗邊的二人座位~另外職員也很友善~,我決定下次日光的時候再過來打卡因為他午餐套餐價錢也很合理下午套餐很便宜2 COURSES $1983 COURSES $238
