To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上網見到佢餐牌好吸引，就lunch同同事一齊黎試。究極海鮮丼定食-$238(3.5/5)刺身份量合理，全部都好鮮甜，佢本身係有三文魚嘅，但係同事唔食三文魚所以就轉左，帶子細隻咗少少，其他都好正常。佢味道唔算特別出色，但係都好食。鰻重定食-$208(4/5)佢有兩大塊，肉厚，但有極少量骨，不過可以接受嘅。份量都幾足夠，美中不足係鰻魚汁可以多少少。五日市豚肉壽喜燒定食-$158(4/5)佢係屬於小偏甜嘅壽喜燒，用嘅份量都多，豆腐都夠啊，好食，個底仲有好多金菇同埋菜。鹽燒純和雞腿肉定食-$148(2/5)佢啲雞剩係得鹽味，雞腿肉唔滑仲好乾。因為冇汁就所以其實好難餸飯，同事最後食唔哂啲飯。總結:中環午餐黎講價錢都合理，食物質素都對得住佢既價錢(除左雞肉定食)。員工服務態度正常，座位都坐得舒服唔會太迫。每個餐都有麵豉湯，一個小前菜同小甜品，味道正常普通。
