To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日過咗嚟中環食飯,上OpenRice睇下有咩餐廳推介最後揀咗這間法國餐廳。焗法式地古也芝士洋蔥湯今日試咗好多人推介的洋蔥湯,洋蔥湯配上芝士,真係好濃郁,入面有好多洋蔥,所以非常鮮甜,而且洋蔥入面已經有一片法包,所以飲完洋蔥湯已經感覺到有啲飽腹感。法式焗蝸牛一上菜的時候侍應好好提醒我們先吃法式蝸牛,因為熱食是最好吃的,法式蝸牛充滿着蒜香和香草的味道味道濃郁香蒜牛肝菌意粉意粉軟硬適中,唔會覺得太硬或者太腍入口好有口感,意粉的味道香濃有陣陣牛肝菌獨有嘅香味,香味入口沒有一點油膩感慢煮紅酒牛面肉配法包一上菜的時候已經聞到濃濃的紅酒味,香氣撲鼻,這是我第一次食牛面肉,覺得牛面肉好特別非常腍滑,入口即溶,整件牛面肉充分吸收了紅酒的香氣,真係令人美無窮朱古力心太軟配雪糕心太軟外皮香脆一切開濃郁的朱古力全部流出來視覺效果非常好,配上的朱古力雪糕十分有誠意入口有朱古力碎並非一般普通貨色餐廳侍應的服務非常到位,又會講解每一道菜式,值得一試。
