To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期三晚上喺中環收工，隨機找到一間西餐廳。店內環境溫馨，好適合與朋友敘舊聊天。餐廳價錢合理，選擇亦十分多。焗法式地道古也芝士洋蔥湯洋蔥湯清甜加埋mozzarella芝士帶出咗成個湯嘅味道面頭麵包同埋芝士配合得啱啱好入口即溶少少脆脆地成個味唔會太單調有驚喜無花果合桃沙律成個沙律好開胃合桃都好香好脆加埋醋酸酸尾尾好甜甜地食材都新鮮海鮮墨魚意粉海鮮好鮮青口冇腥味意粉成隻大蝦上啲肉質都好新鮮彈牙帶子食落啱啱好唔會太韌墨魚意粉都好入味好濃嘅洋蔥味香草燒黑毛豬鞍架配焗薯黑毛豬同香草汁都幾match外面煎到有少少焦食落有焦香豬肉入面內軟焗薯仲熱辣辣好正是日甜品: 西米露布甸配雲尼拿雪糕好驚喜估唔到係西米露布甸面頭仲有燒過嘅焦糖同糖粉雲呢拿雪糕配上熱辣辣嘅布甸一凍一熱好有層次雲呢拿雪糕仲有焦脆嘅nuts咬下，十分有層次。
