To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 若果大家近排想食啲高質日式料理,想不到吃什麼好,近排我去左一間好有名氣亦都相信大家會好鍾意嘅餐廳,位置就近地鐵站,仲可以遠眺海景添。最緊要嘢食水準都相當高,佢就係位於中環加州大廈嘅Kyoto Joe。.我哋今次第一次去到呢間餐廳就梗係試吓佢signature嘅TASTING MENUA4仙台和牛及龍蝦嚐味晚宴 喇。價錢方面呢就係HK$ 888 person ,成個用餐體驗最特別嘅係晚餐途中有位男職員會隨機向唔同嘅人事表演魔術,呢件事令我好感受到餐廳好希望為客人營造一種輕鬆愉快嘅用餐體驗,呢種咁為客人著想嘅想法已經令我為呢間餐廳加咗好多分數!我哋而家逐個item介紹吓俾大家聽吓。.🥗蟹肉菠菜沙律職員同我地講呢道前菜係用左北海道的蟹肉,可愛的口感配上菠菜,點上和風汁可以令到我地胃口大開!.🥢磯煮鮑魚磯煮鮑魚配上醃蘿蔔、三文魚子青瓜,醃蘿蔔爽脆得來帶點微辣,十分酸爽,而三文魚子青瓜的三文魚子是有醃製過的,近乎沒有半點腥味。鮑魚肉質彈牙而出色,微甜的醬汁令鮑魚昇華。.🍣刺身壽司盛合呢個刺身壽司盛合包括有深海池魚、金目鯛、赤海蝦、火炙和牛刺身、火炙吞拿魚配海膽、魚子醬、用靑瓜包著的蟹肉拖羅蓉魚子

職員同我地講呢道前菜係用左北海道的蟹肉,可愛的口感配上菠菜,點上和風汁可以令到我地胃口大開!

磯煮鮑魚配上醃蘿蔔、三文魚子青瓜,醃蘿蔔爽脆得來帶點微辣,十分酸爽,而三文魚子青瓜的三文魚子是有醃製過的,近乎沒有半點腥味。鮑魚肉質彈牙而出色,微甜的醬汁令鮑魚昇華。

🍣刺身壽司盛合
呢個刺身壽司盛合包括有深海池魚、金目鯛、赤海蝦、火炙和牛刺身、火炙吞拿魚配海膽、魚子醬、用靑瓜包著的蟹肉拖羅蓉魚子壽司。當中用料新鮮,火炙和牛刺身尤為令人印象深刻!入口一咬即溶卻不覺肥膩,讓人人不禁大唉『愛意思』!另一件令人印象深刻嘅係蟹肉拖羅蓉魚子壽司廚師用心思咁將青瓜包住比較重味嘅材料成件事平衡得好好!😍

🍅温野菜燒
呢道包括左京都獅子唐辛子、宮崎甜蕃薯和日本水茄的温野菜燒,日本水茄香甜可口,而整道溫野菜燒當中亦都有用岩鹽調一調味令美味度UP⬆️

🦞黑松露汁焗龍蝦
外焦裏嫩、清脆滑爽!😙最令人覺得美味嘅是它的黑松露醬汁芳香四溢,令我大快朵頤。

🐮A4仙台和牛陶板燒
仙台和牛口感鮮甜、入口即化,而且連埋陶板可以自己燒,可以自己試下唔同熟度嘅a4仙台和牛,我今次由1、3、4、5、7成熟都試晒!每一個熟度都好好味!

🍜冷稻庭烏冬
最後一道烏冬有驚喜!廚師故意將烏冬煮既時間比較短比較短,然後即刻用冰停住面嘅熟度,令到呢味稻庭烏冬十分有煙韌,酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁解膩一流!作為一餐嘅終結十分唔錯。
