第一次去方叔叔重慶老火鍋🥘嘅中環分店，環境比其他分店更舒適，✨座位好闊落，坐窗邊又夠光猛。午市仲免鍋底費，抵👍點了🥘🌶️鴛鴦麻辣鍋：🐔養生花膠雞湯鍋拼普通辣大紅鍋。打邊爐之前，先飲兩碗湯🥣，非常足料，裏面有花膠同滑雞，滿滿骨膠原。🥢桂花蚌及珊瑚蚌非常爽口，有鮮味。🐃美國Prime 牛小排雲石紋理細緻，口感超嫩滑。今次試下啲特別部位，例如牛骨髓、鮮黄喉、大刀牛肝。黃喉爽脆，牛肝薄切撈蛋，幾滑溜。🦐鮮竹笙手打蝦滑，外面係爽口既竹笙，入面包住彈牙嘅蝦膠👍🐟白鱔，鮮龍躉最愛食新鮮魚，白鱔肥美，龍躉厚肉有彈性。🦆無骨鴨掌嫩中帶爽，口感特別😍
