To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🦀阿拉斯加長腳蟹配魚子醬
肉質鮮嫩嘅長腳蟹蟹肉,肉質香甜味美,配上鹹香嘅魚子醬,食落口嘅時候蟹肉帶有香噴噴又突出嘅魚子味,非常好食。

第一次咁樣食吞拿魚,用肉味較濃嘅赤身,上面放左沾左點醋嘅沙律菜,將赤身包起一齊食,食落好開胃。

** NAMA TORO SASHIMI **
全世界都好鍾意食嘅大拖羅😛油甘味重,肉質彈牙

** CHEF’S SEASONAL CHOICE ** 磯煮鮑魚、油魚腩、左口魚、灸燒左口魚
鮑魚煮到入晒味同燜到好腍身,感覺唔似食緊鮑魚🤩油甘魚魚腩肉質細緻。而最正係灸燒左口魚鰭邊,燒過後油分迫出,味道更香!

**CHEF CHOICE OF A SUSHI ROLL**

首先係時令嘅左口魚,當造嘅海鮮的確唔同啲。然後就係北海道帶子,外層微微用火灼過,做成少少外脆內軟嘅口感。而我最欣賞嘅係兩件Chef Choice😍大大隻甜蝦上填滿吞拿魚碎同三文魚子,味道大滿足!另外就係呢件辣吞拿魚炸飯,炸飯球脆卜卜好好食,辣汁吞拿魚為本身冇乜味嘅飯球增加味道😍

又一個神級推介😍雖然已經食到好飽但都要食埋佢😂用左龍蝦湯做湯底,加入稻庭烏冬,食到停唔到口!

一個經典嘅組合,京都抹茶造成嘅雪糕加入紅豆蓉,香醇味美,紅豆除左增添口感仲多左份甜味🫢
