星期日夜晚和表姐係蘭桂芳附近搵左一間餐廳食陜西菜。我哋試左店鋪主打既羊肉餃bling bling麵, 麵條係師傅人手製作, 寬闆煙韌, 配料有炸紫菜, 乾蒜, 木耳, 椒鹽, 莞茜等, 麵條沾滿特製醬汁, 十分惹味。羊肉餃鮮嫩多汁,完全沒有羶味。腊汁肉夾膜, 呢款係陜西地道小食, 外皮香脆, 鹹香味濃, 咬落去鮮嫩多汁。另外, 叫左香煎羊架, 用孜然粉炒香, 肉質嫩滑, 味道香濃惹味。店鋪座位雖唔多, 但食物份量都幾多, 我哋成晚都食得好開心。
