最近發現咗呢間位於中環嘅高級印度餐廳 Bombay Dreams,裝潢設計好有格調,企劃團隊絕對係匠心獨運。首先我試咗佢哋嘅「咖哩羊 Lamb Roganjosh」,羊肉煮得非常軟爛,配埋濃郁嘅咖哩汁,入口即化融化我心。咖哩嘅味道恰到好處,唔會太重或太辣,反而充滿印度香料嘅濃郁醇厚,好適合同朋友一齊品嘗。之後就試咗佢哋嘅「芝士印度餅 Chilli Cheese Nan」,呢個寸土寸金嘅中環商業區,竟然有間餐廳仲會有呢種極具創意嘅印度特色小食。餅皮薄又軟韌,配合香濃醇厚嘅芝士,簡直係絕配!連我呢個唔太鍾意芝士嘅人都愛上咗。總括嚟講,Bombay Dreams個氣派整體風格好有特色,食物嘅味道反而更加純正正統,難怪會吸引好多鍾意嘗試高級印度菜嘅食客。如果你同我一樣鍾意探索唔同國家嘅佳餚,Bombay Dreams絕對係一個必試之選!
