今次嚟到中環,同朋友煙花之前食咗兩款魚生飯,都係高質之選,用料新鮮,我同朋友都好滿意!套餐仲送茶碗蒸同埋湯!🟡海言廚師發辦魚生飯(特上)呢個發辦魚生飯可以話係一次味覺嘅享受,無論係魚生食材嘅新鮮度、切割手法,都唔錯!用料包括有池魚、依佐目、炙帆立貝、炙燒梭子魚、拖羅、同埋海膽。特別係炙燒過嘅帆立貝,帶有輕微嘅炭香,口感更加豐富。拖羅肥美而唔油膩,入口即化。海膽亦係其中一大亮點,鮮甜濃郁,一點都唔腥!🟢江戶前散壽司(特上).醋飯酸甜適中,米粒分明,軟硬適中。飯同醋嘅比例非常講究,唔會過酸,亦唔會太甜,完美襯托出魚生本身嘅鮮味。壽司飯配上多款魚生,包括拖羅、帆立貝同其他新鮮海鮮。炙燒帆立貝特別值得一讚,表面輕輕燒過之後,口感豐富。拖羅嘅部分亦係軟滑細膩,好味道!
