To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

侍應好貼心咁係上枱時提醒我地個碟邊好熱,要小心唔好掂到👍🏻 洋蔥基本上已經係半溶化左d精華落個湯度,所以令個湯呈淺啡色🤤 中間個包同芝士都焗到焾哂、入哂味,撈起個包仲有芝士拉絲🧀🤩

朋友超中意呢個湯,龍蝦味好鮮好濃郁,但唔會死咸。蒜蓉包同個湯係分開上的,用刀切開個包既聲音係好爽脆,索埋龍蝦湯一齊食就最正🤤

個汁有蜜糖既甜味同少少檸檬香味,唔會酸,反而呢隻甜甜酸酸好開胃。黑毛豬本身已經切成一塊塊,方便食用。而且好有咬口,口感似係厚版豬頸肉既爽度。可能因為豬既油脂滲左落肉入面,咬落去好juicy同埋豬既味道好香。薯仔都係製過,唔係就咁煮熟就算。不過我略嫌個擺盤可以再改善下,可能將羽衣甘藍同小蕃茄整既配菜位置放近d主菜?!

好鐘意呢個意粉既麵身本身就係用墨魚汁去整,而唔係在煮食既過程中另加墨汁!咁就唔會食到成嘴都黑哂😂 入面既海鮮有蝦🦐同香煎帶子,兩樣都好新鮮同有咬口,尤其係個帶子,煮完都仲係咁肥厚🤤

蘋果批細細個,滿足一下想食甜品既慾望,但又唔會食到好濟😋。穌皮好香脆,而入面既蘋果唔會太甜。唯一美中不足既係雪糕既味道係金莎果隻榛子朱古力🍫甜味,撈埋蘋果批一齊食既話,略嫌搶左主角既味道。感覺蘋果批配雲呢拿雪糕🍨會更好。


白酒🥂
所有酒類都有買一送一優惠,因為我哋今日唔係食紅肉,所以點左兩杯白酒。我見隔離枱點左枝裝的酒🍾,一枝即場開,另一枝帶走😏 白酒偏甜,好易入口,不知不覺就飲哂😅
