To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日朋友帶我去中環Cuisine Culture，餐廳主打法式私房菜，而家做緊推廣，經Openrice網上訂座，可享單點餐牌正價75折，非常抵食。焗法式地道古也芝士洋蔥湯：洋蔥湯上枱熱騰騰，香氣噗鼻而來，湯面放左一片法包，仲加左好多芝士，濃郁而美味。煙三文魚牛油果沙律：新鮮沙律菜，配上煙三文魚、蕃茄仔、牛油果，開胃又健康。香草海鹽燒美國原條牛肋骨配薯條：餐廳好細心，把牛肋骨既肉預先切好，再一塊塊鋪番喺牛骨上面，肉質軟腍，牛味香濃。日本鮮帶子檸檬汁初榨橄欖油意粉：大大粒既帶子，鮮甜厚肉，意粉煮得彈牙，搭配檸檬汁，味道估唔到咁夾。法式焦糖燉蛋：如絲般幼滑既燉蛋，上面有一層烤得恰到好處既焦糖，食到香脆又軟滑既雙重口感。整體來說，食物有水準，服務優質，性價比高。
