工作忙碌好少有機會可以自己煲湯水飲,之前就發現咗呢間喺ifc嘅閩菜餐廳,除咗有特色福建菜,仲有燉湯飲。冰梅小番茄 $38先叫咗個前菜,用冰梅汁浸住去皮番茄仔,入口爆汁,味道酸酸甜甜,非常開胃。鐵板焗鰻魚 $168依家呢個季節最啱就係食鰻魚,呢味鐵板鰻魚上枱嘅時候仲係咋咋聲熱辣辣。鰻魚肉超厚身,肉質爽口彈牙而且好嫩滑,加埋醬汁配料一齊食非常惹味。蒲燒鰻魚飯 $138另外再叫咗個鰻魚飯,鰻魚以日式嘅蒲燒做法,鋪喺蛋絲同飯上面,再淋上鰻魚汁。鰻魚口感軟嫩,亦都燒得好香。姬松茸竹笙排骨湯 $58嚟得呢度當然要飲燉湯,呢款姬松茸竹笙排骨湯,味道清甜仲有好香濃嘅菇菌味,飲落非常舒服。福建金湯佛跳牆套餐 $268至於呢個佛跳牆套餐除咗有一盅佛跳牆,仲跟麵線、自選小菜(我哋揀咗松子薑蓉菠菜)同一杯桂圓檸檬鳥龍茶。佛跳牆非常足料,除咗有鮑魚,仲有花膠、海參、元貝等靚料,燉出嚟嘅湯充滿膠質,骨膠原十足,味道都好濃郁。連杯桂圓檸檬鳥龍茶都意外地好飲,入邊仲有粒粒桂圓肉。椰奶銀耳燉桃膠 $58最後當然唔少得甜品,我哋叫咗個燉桃膠,椰奶味好香之餘,加埋足料嘅銀耳同桃膠,非常有口感。。。4口 (中環)中環金融街8
