今次同朋友試咗係IG 好紅嘅A Lux,真係唔錯,環境又優雅,食物又精緻。餐前包點,又香又酥軟,尤其係個牛角包,絕對值得推薦。仲可以點黑醋同橄欖油。未上前菜之前,嚟咗個開胃菜煙三文魚,配sour cream同魚子醬,感覺fancy得嚟又開胃。前菜叫咗Oyster Tartare,生蠔加咗鰹魚湯啫哩,另有lime sauce同魚子醬作點綴,鮮味又特別,仲加咗啲鮮花係上面,打卡一流。朋友就飲咗Lobster Bisque,香濃嘅龍蝦湯用酒煮過,加上干邑嘅泡沫同埋basil oil,令人回味無窮!Pasta我揀咗牛尾Ravioli配鵝肝,兩種食材入口都好香,尤其係煎香咗嘅鵝肝,雖然邪惡帶令人好滿足!朋友叫咗大蝦意大利粉,有啲微微香辣,茄汁有新鮮蕃茄味道,酸酸甜甜。主菜我哋叫咗鱸魚同美國肉眼扒。肉眼扒煎到啱啱好,外面有少少焦香,入面仲係好粉嫩。配菜有椰菜煙肉千層酥,加咗士多啤梨醬,味道甜中帶辣,另外薯仔煮到好腍。鱸魚魚皮煎到香脆,非常惹味。配菜有翠嫩嘅菠菜同甜美嘅蜆肉。甜品我揀咗Cheese Platter,有多款唔同嘅芝士,配apricot同埋核桃。而朋友就揀咗Chestnut Tirami

佢哋仲有wine pairing,不過第二日要返工,所以我哋冇試到。本來以為一間咁高水準嘅餐廳應該好貴,不過而家open rice訂位全單八折,即刻為2024帶嚟一個抵食嘅好開始。
