To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記得上次食過意粉好好食😋去開中環又上呢度食飯今日食 「香蒜牛肝菌意粉」呢度嘅意粉真係有一手，外貌無特別打卡元素，但煮出al dente輕微韌度口感，牛肝菌鮮甜，好味「法式芝士洋葱湯」配一件法包+焗溶咗嘅芝士放喺面，熱辣辣好好味🤤「慢煮紅酒和牛面肉配法包」 慢煮和牛非常腍身同軟熟，保持肉汁，唔使點咬就吞到，醬汁有紅酒芳香，同牛肉味道好夾，個用法包蘸個汁好食食西餐想食牛但食厭咗牛扒，呢個主菜都係一個好選擇「蘑菇多士」呢碟係朋友話想食叫嘅，又唔錯喎「朱古力心太軟配雪糕」蛋糕質感較扎實，朱古力好rich，朱古力味爆發
