曾經聽到有人話泰國菜唔係fine dining,我唔認同喎,尋晚去中環Plaa食泰國菜體驗好滿意呀🥰Dinner tasting menu每道菜式擺盤靚,將泰式香料配搭得好好,唔會影響食材嘅原味道,融合亞洲+西方烹調功夫精準,做工細膩⭐️餐廳環境雅致,員工服務態度非常親切😊“Nam Prik Noom”🍽️ Capellini 自家製意粉配嚟自台灣的蟶子同魚子醬,泰國北部嘅一種蘸醬調味,入口少少煙熏、大蒜味同辣味,好好食;“Yum”🍽️ Shima-aji係常見嘅頂級食材,香港叫深海池魚,配醃製嘅芹菜、萵筍、青辣椒,調味好匹配👍🏻“Larb”🍽️日本北海道扇貝,味道鮮甜;“Nam Prik Ong”🍽️切成細麵條形嘅墨魚,配辣辣地嘅蕃茄醬、碎豬肉等,有創意又好味,💫“Nok Pi Rap”🍽️鴿肉肉質鮮軟,入口有淡淡舒服嘅檸檬草味,店員講解鴿用醬油醃製,然後風乾一日,另配搭一種泰國北部Issan嘅傳統蘸醬,集合煙熏、辛辣、甜、酸四種味道💚“Wan Yen” 係甜品,賣相好靚!刨冰入口即化,甜糖漿煉乳、清甜嘅石榴汁、山竹果醬+李子醬,夏天食透心涼,一食愛上❤️
