Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今年中秋節好開心可以食太興盆菜應節,對比了數間賣盆菜的食店,最後選擇了太興的6人盆菜,不用700蚊多少少就有6人份量的盆菜。屋企人打算6pm左右食,所以未到6點就去取盆菜,可能係第一個去取吧,不用排隊等侯就拎到了,但的確好重份量,要由家中男仕先拎得到回家。對於整個包裝都幾滿意,盆菜會有膠蓋蓋住,再用膠袋裝好,然後還有不織布袋裝住,取回家都方便,還有一盒有成2碗份量咁多的醬汁,也是另外有膠袋裝好,取回來時,醬汁都是微暖的,盆菜和醬汁都完整無缺。拿回家後,把醬汁倒入盆菜中,把裝燒雞的膠碟也取走,然後送上爐頭直接加熱10分鐘左右就可以食用,我們不清楚膠蓋是否耐高溫,所以就無加蓋。食時發現最表面的菜都是微暖,所以下次煮時最好用其他鍋的蓋子蓋好會比較好。這個盆菜實在太豐富了!鮑魚、翅、蠔豉、髮菜、花膠、燒雞、燒鴨、燒豬肉、豬手、蝦、冬菇、菜、豬皮、雲耳、蘿蔔、芋頭、丸、魚腐、腐竹,應有盡有!😋😋😋而且食物有質素,份量都好多,實際上我們只是4個人食,但食完都只是食左約一半,所以8個人食其實都可能夠!鮑魚、蝦、冬菇都好大隻,醬汁方面係用南乳醬調成的醬汁,見咁大碗(正常飯碗計,幾2碗左右份量),屋企人

鮑魚、蝦、冬菇都好大隻,醬汁方面係用南乳醬調成的醬汁,見咁大碗(正常飯碗計,幾2碗左右份量),屋企人怕咸加多左水入去煮,最後煮完唔會過咸,我們無配飯食都食得好滋味。
食完最大感想就是建設先把髮菜、翅先食,否則會跌左落啲醬汁到就難食到,咁最後就會隨醬汁倒走,太興這個盆菜真的很豐富,如果下年再有,都會考慮買。😍
