今日下晝同同事出去食lunch 最鍾意食中菜嘅我 捉咗同事陪我去食星記喺繁忙嘅工作入面叉叉電午市有好多款小菜揀 仲有炒粉麵飯不過我就最鍾意食小菜千挑萬選 最後都係揀咗生炒骨同埋鹹魚雞粒茄子煲本身都會送例湯 正常水準 唔會好重味精 咁已經好好㗎喇先講菠蘿咕嚕肉好明顯佢係有二炸因為只有二炸過嘅咕嚕肉先可以一直維持脆口喺呢度去食到最後一舊都仲係脆嘅👍🏼另外鹹魚雞粒茄子煲我都諗咗好耐先叫 因為啲茄子通常都好油膩 油浸嗰種 好似好唔健康 但最後都係揀咗點知嚟到又唔係喎睇得出佢啲茄子係烚咗先炒 當然可能有啲人覺得冇咁惹味 但我反而覺得好好心理上食得好安樂 因為如果係生炒嘅茄子煲 基本上成條茄子都係用油浸熟 係好香口呀 不過都食咗好多油落肚但佢呢度唔係 有驚喜🤩最後食晒飯仲有糖水送添係紅棗杞子燉雪耳 好潤 冬天飲啱晒 加分!

好明顯佢係有二炸
因為只有二炸過嘅咕嚕肉先可以一直維持脆口

我都諗咗好耐先叫 因為啲茄子通常都好油膩 油浸嗰種 好似好唔健康 但最後都係揀咗

睇得出佢啲茄子係烚咗先炒 當然可能有啲人覺得冇咁惹味 但我反而覺得好好
