世姪女生日,慶生宴選在星記海鮮飯店,因為她近來公私兩忙,所以選一間較近她工作地點的飯店用膳。待應姐姐很熱情,稱這裏有八大王牌菜式,因此便從她推薦的菜式中揀選了幾款餸菜。大尾魷肥大肉厚,很適合椒鹽烹調,包裹大尾魷的漿粉很薄,不愧為王牌菜式。蓮藕餅也是王牌菜式,可是藕餅有點乾,尤其是它的外皮,調味也未見出色,影響整體感覺。生炒骨冠以馳名之名,當然也是王牌菜弍,生炒骨脆漿很脆,排骨也鬆化,最欣賞的是糖醋汁的份量剛好不會令金黃酥脆的生炒骨軟化。魚頭雲的調味豐富,調味配料十足,可是魚頭的鮮度一般,令點這道菜的閨蜜興奮度大減。鹹雞名符其實是鹹味先行,雞件的大小恰當,煎得也很乾身,香料的氣味也充足,可是雞味則一般。鮮腐竹非常硬,明顯是其他食材烹調完成才後加進去,令整個菜式失色不少。鶴藪白菜鮮嫩有菜味,白菜吸收了以鹹蛋和皮蛋煮成的湯汁更見咸香,只是鹹蛋的黃油略少,不然味道必定更佳。炒麵即叫即炒,麪條爽口,豉油香四溢,與爽口的銀芽搭配一起,口感超級棒。雪耳糖水甜蜜潤喉,老少皆宜。 continue reading

米芝蓮?試試佢😎午市唔算多人,可能因為平日,都係七成入座率。午餐叫餸食飯都算ok抵食,有湯同糖水送一叫完餸就上個例湯,今日係青紅蘿蔔湯然後主菜陸陸續續上枱金沙年糕大蝦🍤個金沙都整得幾入味,年糕都煙煙韌韌嘅好食,蝦球正常發揮栗子芋頭炆雞~味道偏鹹少少,如果送飯都 OK。芋頭夠鬆化,栗子都好腍,雞肉都炆得幾入味楊州炒飯呢個招牌生炒骨都幾好味唔係罐頭菠蘿,個汁大甜大酸夠晒惹味!雞粒炸到外面鬆脆入面都唔會好乾,唔錯👍🏻食到最後仲有個雪耳糖水,天氣涼返少少,飲番個糖水都幾滋潤,不過味道偏甜,但係唔甜又點叫糖水呢🤣🤣🤣 continue reading

一早已經訂左位,因為得知佢嘅炸子雞需要提前預訂,未夠7點入座,已經差唔多滿座,睇嚟米芝蓮呢個牌頭係幾有影響力。除左炸子雞,我地仲叫左個例湯,例湯每日都會唔同款,即使例湯佢湯料都好足,另外仲有燉湯但都係要提前預訂,仲叫左聖子皇,頭抽煎焗大虎蝦,三蔬銀芽煎脆米,馳名鳳梨生炒骨,豆腐煲。炸子雞係真係名不虛傳,皮脆肉嫩,呢個值得預訂,而聖子皇都係當晚比較印象深刻嘅餐點,大蝦亦都煎得好入味。餐廳職員仲好熱情同埋好快手幫我地換碟執枱,值得一讚。 continue reading

呢間中餐廳喺前門擁有一個令人印象深刻嘅九個米芝蓮牌,自然令人有期望。不過,我最近嘅午餐經歷令我有啲失望。我哋叫咗精選簡單嘅炒菜。生炒骨肉好享受,醬汁好厚,唔會黐住我牙齒。不過,佢哋稱之為生炒骨,我覺得呢個係冇做到嘅。我聽過係佢哋嘅招牌菜,但係一試就發現唔係生炒嘅。由於係事先炸過,所以只可以叫咕嚕肉,結果係豬肉方缺乏多汁,質地有啲粗糙。另一方面,魚係OK嘅。魚好嫩,而附帶嘅蔬菜亦都好脆,提供咗個好嘅平衡。可惜嘅係,苦瓜菜失敗咗;佢已經焯水咗太耐,令到佢濕濕地,亦都缺乏預期嘅咬口。鮑魚配帶子都算唔錯,我喺嗰度冇乜怨言。至於服務同衛生方面,佢哋係典型嘅老式中餐廳 —— 冇乜特別值得留意。總括嚟講,呢個體驗並唔符合一間獲得九次米芝蓮推介嘅餐廳嘅預期標準。我喺食到一半先發現呢間餐廳已經被太興集團收購咗,雖然原老闆仲係做緊顧問。可能呢個轉變影響咗食物嘅質素同一致性。雖然呢間餐廳有名氣,但係我嘅參觀並冇令我感到驚嘆或者渴望返嚟。 continue reading
