To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翡翠白菜餃,芋絲春卷,素叉燒包,素翅香菇燒賣
叉燒包的餡太少,幸而包尚算軟熟,不會太乾太硬。麵根的顏色跟叉燒差不多,都算模仿得相似。春卷炸得幾脆,不會太油,包著不少餡,而且都幾爽。燒賣的肥豬肉換成素翅,清清的,又夠味,中間一絲絲的,比某些真燒賣可能更好吃。白菜餃的皮偏厚,沒甚特別。

以為榨菜會偏鹹,非也。芽菜和燈籠椒跟榨菜全部一條條,混有幾種不同的爽口。吃完較重味的點心,吃碗清清的米粉,夠飽。

叻沙湯麵伴香脆蒟蒻及天婦羅秋葵
本對叻沙沒太大期望,沒想到都幾夠味。當然不是正宗的叻沙味,但都有8成相似,少了蝦鮮,以椰香和黃薑味搭救。配料夠多,有紅和白蘿蔔,豆卜和蛋,都算豐富。要是麵可以硬少少,加點嚼勁就更好。

中式天婦羅,又薄又啡黃的炸粉並不正宗。秋葵炸得腍至沒有口感,吸滿油很膩。香脆蒟蒻原來是炸蟹柳,彈彈地,比秋葵好吃。

黑芝麻豆奶酪
店員推介了幾款,我卻早已看中了這個黑芝麻豆奶酪。上面的芝麻糊熱呼呼,味道濃郁,質地夠厚,絕不是開粉的貨色,十分好吃。連豆奶酪一拼放入口,冰火交融,又冰又熱,感覺超正。下層是用豆奶做的奶凍,沒有過多的魚膠粉,入口滑溜,軟滑。沒吃到豆奶味,反而總覺得有點椰香,奇怪。但最重要,是配搭一流,十分出色。

店員態度友善,服務貼心。男友嫌紫色白色的環境太女性化,但現場所見,有不少男性,永遠也不會明白為何他對性別總是抱著強烈的定型。
