📍Holts Cafe 置於全新Victoria Dockside 香港瑰麗酒店 2樓。酒店位置很好，就在維多利亞港星光大道旁。酒店的設計出自設計師季裕棠 ，絕對可以另你有”WOW”嘅感覺。餐廳用上玫瑰金、橡木為主調，靠牆和窗邊座位套上卡位，傢俬配搭走modern classic 風格 。👅 Wine Braised Beef Cheek🥩 ($290)，以法國紅酒將美國穀飼牛面頰慢煮至”fork tender”，入口即溶更帶有香濃的葡萄酒香 😋。King Prawn Salad 🥗($220)，用上牛油果，柚子配citrus dressing，酸酸甜甜都唔錯！其實平日有set lunch- 2 course ($290), 3 course ($320)，每星期都會轉menu!
