To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽講係之前深水埗好出名既小菜王, 近日係太子開番, 即刻去試一試, 星期日夜晚6點半黎到, 已經好多人等緊位, 最後等左45分鐘先有枱, 環境都幾逼, 好嘈, 侍應又成日漏單X_X, 同埋都幾光速餐一行12人叫左好多餸, 沙薑雞係成晚最好食既一樣。肉質幾嫩, 雞胸位都唔鞋;煎肉餅, 都幾特別, 唔係好多地方有得食, 不過油左D;沙拉骨,炸蝦餅, 炸鮮魷, 乳鴿, 正常貨色, 唔覺得太特別好食, 不過釀茄子值得一試, 燒汁甜甜地, 同茄子好夾, 用鐵板上, 正重點係, 每位大人會送一支ASAHI!!!!!
