韓式粉絲 - 細細碟,粉絲冇一炒成一團團,幾彈牙,一般韓式粉絲味道,未算十分驚豔。 韓式芝士年糕 - 細細份既年糕,不過對於4個女仔黎講要再叫其他野食份量都算ok。年糕好煙韌,味道偏辣,又是中規中矩。 人蔘雞湯 - 4個女仔一人一碗仔既份量,人蔘味好淡,但好香雞味雞唔係煮到一夾就散開果種。對於喜歡人蔘味既我黎講有小小失望 無骨韓式 炸雞 - 哩道即使係炸雞都仲食到有小小好似雪味咁最後係食唔晒 韓式泡菜煎餅 - 加芝士要再加$10,上台之後覺得哩$10加得唔係好抵😂 加左芝士味之後都食唔係好出芝士味。煎餅煎得幾脆,好香口 韓式蜆蛤刀削麵 - 湯底好香蜆味,而且加左蛋花,好味麵好煙韌,而且份量麵算幾多 記得上次黎食既時候覺得味道好而且價錢係韓式餐廳黎講都算好抵。今次再食味值依然係ok,未至於好驚豔,食完唔會特別記得有咩係好食或唔好食既菜式。餐廳位子依然都幾窄, waitress面無表情😂

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
