To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有天走過，看到餐廳的裝修，覺得和朋友們一起去應該會幾舒服。但…中伏了！我和一位朋友去，當晚點了一支椰子啤酒，一杯特飲，串燒牛雞各2串，燒魷魚鬚，牛舌4片，燒鴨肶和卡邦尼意粉! 串燒味道還可以, 但魷魚，牛舌和卡邦尼意粉像沒調味一樣!特別是卡幫你意粉，這麼普通的菜色，怎可以煮得如此難吃，當吃第一口意粉的時候，我和朋友都對望，擺出無奈的樣子。分量非常少，由剛坐下到吃完只用了半小時!是次消費五百幾!沒有下一次！
