今次搵左間係銅鑼灣既串燒店,店內氣氛好好,空間好大樓底好高,入去前仲會幫每位客人全身消毒,服務好好🤣———————坐低首先叫個頭盤試一試,牛油果加沙律醬同蟹子做嘅沙律入口好清新,味道好濃,連埋餅乾食啱啱好😋燒魷魚切得好精緻,燒得啱啱好唔會好硬,師傅淋咗少少黑椒汁令味道提升左一個層次🦑好特別嘅做法,師傅用豬頸肉包住甘筍,再加少少芥辣汁,令整個菜式辣得黎又帶點甘甜嘅感覺🐷和牛咬落去油脂味好重,一食就知係高級貨。中間包着流心蛋,食落去油脂味同蛋汁充斥着成個口,好滿足既感覺🥰師傅將免治雞肉卷燒到外脆內軟,配合香甜嘅醬汁同蛋黃,味道十分之夾雞翼燒到啱啱好,外邊咬落好脆得來入邊保留着滿滿既肉汁,食落唔會好乾身😁炸蝦餅好特別,炸皮好脆,入邊嘅餡有好重嘅忌廉味,食得出有蟹肉絲同埋細細粒嘅通心粉,配搭好有趣🙊炒雜菜好有驚喜,椰菜炒到啱啱好熟,食落好有咬口,唔會熟到冧晒,配埋什菇食一流🤓終於嚟到成晚最後一樣亦係最驚喜嘅一道菜,烏冬絕對唔係平時喺街會食到嘅貨色,食落去比一般烏冬更加彈牙,最驚奇嘅係烏冬浸咗好耐湯都唔會林,一問之下原來係師傅特登搜羅返嚟嘅烏冬,真係唔問唔知🤩🤩
