個晚同朋友去開尖沙咀行街,無意中俾我地搵到間串燒店。呢間主要係用豬嘅唔同部位做串燒!講下最好食既月見免治豚肉串先。將生蛋黃撈埋豚肉串一齊食,味道好新鮮,食大大串都唔會覺得膩。另外仲叫了牛肉串。牛肉上面有牛油,令到串燒更加香口,牛肉都好多肉汁。豬肉方面我地仲試咗豬脷串,兩串豬心,煙燻豬腩,豬顎骨串,西班牙嘅黑豚豬頸肉,仲有西班牙夾心肉等等。豬頸肉爽口,豬腩肥瘦啱啱好,燒完出黎嘅豬油令到串燒更惹味;厚切嘅豬脷口感好豐富。除咗豬之外,另外生蠔同埋佢地嘅刺身盛兩樣都十分新鮮。
