2023年新開始,今次👦🏻👧🏻就去咗丹丘蒸留所嘅Cocktail Workshop嘗試整人生嘅第一杯Cocktail☝️!呢到除咗有Cocktail Workshop,仲有Gin Tasting Workshop同Tasting Room(之前👧🏻同朋友都有去過Tasting Room飲酒💯)可以坐低慢慢品嚐調酒師精心炮製嘅Cocktail!認識丹丘蒸留所嘅原因就一定係佢地嘅Signature Gin - 白蘭樹下。Gin離不開都係杜松子及不同藥材,但呢枝一睇就知係香港品牌製造嘅琴酒就加入新鮮白蘭花🌸、檀香🪵、陳皮、龍井茶、當歸,材料同香港都非常獨特。其後佢地亦推出咗枝無糖咖啡甜酒☕️ - 淡墨,用上埃塞俄比亞的咖啡豆再以雙重冷淬取方式,令咖啡豆的花果香味得以完全保留。今次嘅Cocktail Workshop製作咗兩種Cocktail,有用上佢地呢兩款皇牌!Workshop大概係1.5小時,Workshop嘅第一部份Bartender👨🏻‍⚖️有先介紹丹丘蒸留所呢個品牌,再講解製作Cocktail🍸用到嘅器皿同工具🧰、Shaking同Stiring嘅正確(+有型嘅)姿勢(👨🏻‍⚖️好細心嘅慢慢

Workshop大概係1.5小時,Workshop嘅第一部份Bartender👨🏻‍⚖️有先介紹丹丘蒸留所呢個品牌,再講解製作Cocktail🍸用到嘅器皿同工具🧰、Shaking同Stiring嘅正確(+有型嘅)姿勢(👨🏻‍⚖️好細心嘅慢慢調整👦🏻👧🏻嘅姿勢,先用空杯其後用冰練習,熟練後先真正調酒!)、示範調酒、如何倒酒同裝飾。👧🏻問咗好多問題而👨🏻‍⚖️都好耐心慢慢講解同分享佢嘅知識👍🏻,今次真係長知識!

🌟Peach Tree
講到明Peach Tree就知係有桃嘅成份!呢杯Cocktail用上白蘭樹下Gin、菠蘿汁🍍、檸檬汁🍋、Mate Tea Liquear、Peach Liquear🍑。雖然佢地就提供曬酒譜,但大家都可以Fine Tune下個recipe, eg👧🏻就鍾意重桃味就加多少少Peach Liquear🤏,👦🏻就冇加菠蘿汁!呢杯Cocktail味道夠曬Fruity + Refreshing!味道層次幾豐富。

🌟Coffee Rob Boy
Coffee Rob Boy嘅材料就有淡墨Coffee Liquear☕️ 、Sweet Vermouth、Scotch Whisky🥃、Orange Bitters (酒精界味精🤣)。Stir好呢杯Cocktail後再扭一扭塊橙皮🍊,灑上橙皮油喺Cocktail。先呷一啖係清新嘅橙香,然後係Whisky 質感醇和嘅酒香,After Taste就係咖啡果香味。

Cocktail尾聲Bartender👨🏻‍⚖️仲比咗👦🏻👧🏻試限量版嘅淡墨 - 威士忌桶陳淡墨無糖咖啡甜酒。在威士忌酒桶中陳化後味道更香醇,更沉實。

總括嚟講今次呢個Cocktail Workshop真係令👦🏻👧🏻大開眼界,可以親手製作Cocktail好有滿足感。調一杯好酒大有學問,絕對需要多年歷練才見得人。以後學識落Cocktail Bar要好好欣賞Bartenders英姿同佢地嘅作品!
