好耐無食日本菜,今日去開港島嗰邊,就喺銅鑼灣搵左間主打日本米,叫「禾日」嘅居酒屋試下😄店裏面都幾光猛,裝潢整體感覺好乾淨舒適,係可以坐低慢慢傾計嘅地方😊我地決定叫多啲小食試下,再加個主食就夠😋牛油支豆-外皮小燶好香口,咸咸地,支豆大大粒,有口感😋吉列廣島蠔-外面炸到酥脆,唔算大隻,不過蠔味足,加埋少少檸檬汁酸酸地,層次又升華左👍🏻香葱碎吞拿魚腩配脆米餅-一大舊吞拿魚腩蓉放入口,整個口都係香味,超級滿足🤤香燒鵝肝和牛釜飯-重點黎喇!和牛肥味大塊,油香重🤤;鵝肝燒到外面脆脆地,入口即溶;加埋酸蓮藕蘿白開胃爽口;另外啲飯大大粒,加埋飯羔甜香,剩係食飯都好好味😋呢個真係大讚👍🏻果然係以日本米做主打嘅居酒屋😆👍🏻

吉列廣島蠔-外面炸到酥脆,唔算大隻,不過蠔味足,加埋少少檸檬汁酸酸地,層次又升華左👍🏻

香葱碎吞拿魚腩配脆米餅-一大舊吞拿魚腩蓉放入口,整個口都係香味,超級滿足🤤

香燒鵝肝和牛釜飯-重點黎喇!和牛肥味大塊,油香重🤤;鵝肝燒到外面脆脆地,入口即溶;加埋酸蓮藕蘿白開胃爽口;另外啲飯大大粒,加埋飯羔甜香,剩係食飯都好好味😋呢個真係大讚👍🏻果然係以日本米做主打嘅居酒屋😆👍🏻
